Refund Policy



Let’s talk about returns first.

We want you to be happy and fully satisfied with your purchase. But if you’re not, we can accept returned merchandise up to 30 days from when you received it.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at: info@zarely.co and let us know what you’re returning and why.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

The merchandise must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the original packaging, and proof of purchase (like your order number) is required.

Once we check it out, we’ll let you know we received it, and if it meets our required return requirement.

A credit will be issued to the form of payment you used when you purchased the merchandise. Sometimes it can take a week or longer for refunds to post to your account. If you don’t see the credit after you’ve contacted your bank or credit card company, please contact us by email. We are here to help you.

Some important policy notes:

  • Sale items are NOT returnable. All sale item sales are final.
  • We cannot reimburse you for shipping return items back to us. If we refund your purchase, we will also refund your shipping costs for that purchase.
  • We have the right to deny refunds or exchanges if our return policy requirements are not met.



What about exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for this reason,  or if you need to exchange the same item, just let us know. Email us at info@zarely.co with the details and send the item to:

Like returns, we’ll need an order number, and the returned merchandise must meet our return requirements noted above.




  • Sale items are NOT returnable. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
  • Gift items marked as such when purchased will be credited to you for the value of your return. We’ll send you a gift certificate you can use towards any purchase.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased, then the refund will go to whomever paid for it.
